This device is a dip coating apparatus equipped with a filtering circulation mechanism for the coating solution, designed for disks and wafers. It allows for the dip coating of a large number of disks at once using a jig. Additionally, it features a sub-tank for testing small amounts of dip coating solution. This dip coater reflects the dip coating technology owned by SDI. It has a stroke of 219 mm and is compatible with 1.8 to 3.5-inch disks. Designed specifically for disk media, it enables stable film formation. Precise speed control achieves uniform and high-quality coatings.
